For the second time in as many days, Oklahoma added a junior college commit.
Monday, it was running back Rhamondre Stevenson from Cerritos (Calif.) Community College.
Stevenson (6-1, 230) chose the Sooners over a group of offers that included Kansas State, Texas, USC, Utah and BYU.
The Las Vegas product is the second running back commit of the class for the Sooners, joining Millwood’s Marcus Major.
Oklahoma started the season with plenty of depth at running back but that quickly faded with the season-ending injuries to Rodney Anderson and Marcelias Sutton, as well as a lingering injury to Trey Sermon.
Sutton was a senior and Anderson has already declared for the NFL Draft.
