NORMAN, Okla. — The eighth-ranked Sooners’ Nov. 3 contest at Texas Tech has been placed on the six-day decision, per the Big 12 Conference. Kickoff is slated for one of three times, 2:30 p.m., 6:15 p.m. or 7 p.m. CT.
Additionally, it’ll be broadcast on one of three networks. FOX, ABC or ESPN will have the game when it’s announced.
OU owns the all-time series record by a 19-6 mark entering the 26th meeting between the two. That includes a current six-game winning streak, tied for the longest in the series.
In fact, the last time OU suffered a setback to Texas Tech came back during the 2011 season when Tech upended then-No. 3 OU at Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Since then, it has rattled off three straight at each place, including the historic 66-59 Baker Mayfield-Patrick Mahomes show the last time out in Lubbock two years ago.
