Oklahoma may seem like a lock for the Big 12 title game, but they have to avoid an upset by Bedlam Series rivalry Oklahoma State first.
Prior to Saturday’s game, the Oklahoma Football Twitter account sent out a bold message to followers: The theme of the game will be red, and all fans are expected to be wearing red in the stadium.
“See crimson. Bleed crimson. Wear crimson,” the team wrote.
To emphasize the point, the team lit up Oklahoma Memorial Stadium completely in red and captured the photos:

Oklahoma has won back-to-back games in the Bedlam Series. In last year’s edition, the Sooners defeated the Cowboys 62-52.
While Oklahoma State’s Big 12 title chances appear to be all but gone, Oklahoma could still be seriously impacted by the results.
The Sooners have lost to Oklahoma State only six times in the Big 12 era. But in five of those six seasons, they failed to claim the Big 12 title.
