NORMAN, Okla. — Katy (Texas) Seven Lakes three-star defensive end David Ugwoegvu has committed to the Sooners. He announced it on Twitter Thursday evening.

Ugwoegvu is the country’s No. 412 overall prospect, No. 29 weak-side defensive end and No. 51 player in the Lone Star State, with a 0.8871 rating, according to the industry-generated 247 Composite.
