Former Oklahoma Sooners Football coach Bob Stoops rocked Kentucky blue at Citrus Bowl

Former Oklahoma Sooners head coach Bob Stoops supported his younger brother, Mark Stoops, on the sidelines of Tuesday’s Citrus bowl repping a new look.

Stoops wore a Kentucky black polo with a white Kentucky visor as he watched the Cats taken down Penn State by a final score of 27-24 in the Citrus Bowl.

Stoops retired from coaching following the 2016 season. He was a national championship-winning defensive coordinator at Florida before leaving to become the head coach at Oklahoma.

At Oklahoma, he won a national championship and reached a bowl game in all of his 16 seasons with the team. He finished with a final record of 190-48 before handing the program over to Lincoln Riley, who has led the Sooners to the college football playoffs in his first two seasons.

Stoops may be a Sooner legend and former rival of Kentucky, but today, he was a Wildcat for one of the best moments in program history.
