The Oklahoma-West Virginia game might get buried under the Alabama-Auburn and Ohio State-Michigan games. But it still looks poised to be an important one.
The Sooners are 9-1 and led by QB Kyler Murray, who has not missed a beat since taking over for Baker Mayfield.
The Mountaineers are 8-1 and having one of their best seasons since joining the Big 12. Led by QB Will Grier, the offense has been great – and the defense isn’t too shabby either.
ESPN’s computer model has released its prediction for the game.
ESPN’s computer model believes that Oklahoma will get the victory. The computer model gives the Sooners a 51.8 percent chance to win this Saturday’s game.
The Oklahoma Sooners have never lost a Big 12 matchup against West Virginia. If Lincoln Riley’s team is to have any hopes of making the College Football Playoff, he’ll need to beat the Mountaineers decisively – possibly twice.
The game will be played on November 23rd at 8 p.m. EST on ESPN.
